Hey guys! Welcome to the best place on earth for everything fitness and motivational related!! I want to first introduce myself and give a little peak into my every day crazy life.

I am 21 and a full time Nursing student working toward my dream job of working with cancer on the pediatric level. I absolutely love kids and want nothing but to be a "hero" to them when they just aren't so healthy. My next part of my life includes working as a server at a restaurant near home, it's fun and stressful at times but pays the bills! Lastly, the one I enjoy the most, is being a Beachbody Coach. I have always been interested in helping myself and others become a better version of themselves! I have been a coach since February 2014 and absolutely love what I do with helping others and getting them on the right track with their health and fitness journey.

My sole purpose for this blog is to help others and give just a little piece of advice every day that will help with life's ups and downs. I did not choose to be a coach to make money or get a paycheck, I have a real job for that part. I want to inspire one person a day to take the same step I did and make the best of what life they have. Each Beachbody coach has their own little way of doing things and I have mine. I lay everything out there for you to see and be aware of. I LOVE getting to know each and every person that shows interest in what I do and I love 1:1 personal conversations over dinner or coffee!

I became a coach for the simple reason that I wanted a change. I want to be different from all the other 21 year old college students that go out every Friday and Saturday night and take control of my fitness as weight problems run in my family. I wanted to show the world that chunky isn't as good looking as "fit" and I want to prove to everyone that I can do whatever I set my mind to. I asked myself, "If you have a knack for something, why not share it with the world?" My goal through this journey is to share my story with as many people as possible and show young women like myself, that it isn't as hard and expensive as you think to be a better version of yourself!

I am currently doing the PIYO program through Beachbody. It is 60 days of workouts with rest days and a full meal planning system that comes with it. Kicks your butt and makes it look good, can you complain?! Ask me about it if you are interested!
